I don't think you can. As far as I know, you have to buy half a dozen or so youngsters and wait for them to pair up.

This is the most reliable method, and the only one I'd go with - trying to randomly match to fish is too risky.

Did you figure out why they got ich?

we think it was because my cat pulled the heater plug and the tempature got all crazy. The cat loved trying to whack the fishthrough the glass.
