I modified a 10 Gallon tank stand to hold 2 10 gallon tanks instead of one. The new tank only sits off the ground about 4 inches. I could take the stand apart drill new holes and move the floor of the stand up a few more inches but I don’t want to do all that. So the question is, can I clean it with a regular gravity feed gravel tube or am I going to need something else

I'm sure it will be fine. But you could just put some water in there light enough to lift but enough to vaccum out to test before you fill it with gravel etc

I have a grow out tank at the same height. I just use a short hose and suck the end with some force.. no innuendo intented

Most of my stands had 2 or 3 tanks and the bottom tank was a couple of inches off the floor. So just gravel clean it into a bucket. It will take a bit longer than the top tank but it still works.
