How do I put up a photo or avatar to identify me on this forum, please?

There's an arrow to the right of your name up at the top right.

Click that and Click 'my settings' then press profile on the top tabs and its under there.

To add your own photo it's kind of the same as the OP ^^ said.

Upload it using imageshack.us or photobucket etc. Get the URL for it and add it in the Avatar page's settings.
