How Do FOTM polls work?

I recently had a picture of mine nominated for FOTM. It was nominated a couple weeks ago and I know the contest runs the 15th to 15th (or abouts).

I haven't seen a poll yet for it, or a TOTM poll either. Can someone fill me in?

firstly you need two nominations
secondly it is up to you to put the pic and link into the relevant xOTM nominations thread
thirdly the mods then need to actually get the voting up and running, but don't hold you breath on that as it take months latley to get anywhere.

Yeah... I had one nominated too, but as they dont seem to be doing them and im very confused i dont think ill put her in for it...

You dont get anything if you win anyway! lol

I put a thread on here about 3 weeks ago now about the FOTM comp, and it was answered saying it is coming. Yet we still have no poll up.
It really can't be that hard to do it. If the mod who normally deals with it hasn't got time, I'm sure there are others who would be happy to do it. I for one will step forward!!!
