How Can I Post Pictures From Tablet

how can i post pictures from tablet ..need to post pic of my fish so someone can please tell me if its a male or female..please help

I can post videos and pics from my iPad but it took me a long time to find out and I know one else knew how so I hope it helps
So first find a picture or video on the Internet (if you want to post one of your pics just put them in photobucket of something then copy the URL (like this www.blahdeblah.com) and then when you post the messege the picture will be their ( make sure to check in preview post)
