Fish supplies

Direction

Rinse the substrate until the water comes off clean, and then put it about 2" deep in your aquarium, and slowly fill with water. Arrange your decorations, and then cycle your tank.

im on about when they get dyed before you buy them

tbh i did make the same mistake in buying them (about 6 years ago when i was 12) because they looked cool. and it died about a year and half ago. and to be honest i looked the worst in the end as the colour was almost gpne

Its not so much that your grammar is poor. many of us are guilty. but sorry is spelt like that not sry... try full words and re read sentences.

Also with your care sheet all you did was re posted the last one with some words corrected. you had not altered the bits some TRIED to help you with (Like the heater and cycling bits) its almost like you refuse to accept the knowledge on here. This is why people are saying your trolling. either you are or you really need to learn.

as to the painted glass fish how do you feel about the selling of ivory items. I know its happened and nothing can be done to resolve the poor animal that lost its tusks. But buying them is supporting the cause and opening the market to needing more of them causing more pain and suffering.

What you do is put undergravelfilter in tank when its set up.

Advocating the use of undergravel filters is like telling a farmer to plough his field with an antler pick, when he could have a great big Massey Ferguson. In short, they are a little out-dated.

let the tank cycle for a 2-6 weeks.

How? You neglect to explain fishless cycling (or even for that matter cycling with fish). Have you ever heard of Ammonia?

oh and keep the filter on while cycling.

This seems a little amateurish. If you are going to make a point of telling people to keep the filter on whilst cycling; although to me it seems a little superfluous, like telling people not to forget to breathe, don't add it as an afterthought.

As already mentioned your temperature guidelines seem a little off... try some more research. Most modern heaters turn off once the water reaches the correct temperature, they then automatically switch back on if they detect the temperature fall below a set level, therefore maintaining a constant temperature.

1-5 mollies

1 chinese algae eater

1 angle fish but be careful could get to big.

5-8 guppies

3-8 neons

2-3 pygmy cories

2-4 endlers livebearears

How many painted glass tetras? [Ignoring the whole dyeing debacle]. The problem with the CAE has already been raised, in addition I would say some beginners might have problems with mollies, according to whether or not they are already acclimated to brackish conditions. Giving guides to numbers in this way is difficult, what if somebody puts the maximum number of each suggested fish in the tank? Far better to give an AND/OR direction once you have calculated the inch per gallon "guide" given to beginners to provide room for error.

Guys chill, if English isn't his first language you shouldn't attack him on grammar. Its difficult to comprehend trying to learn English, as most of us have grown up with it, but it is a difficult language to learn, one of the toughest of the Latin based languages IMO. Though a spell check would definitely help out a bit.
