I don't really think so. I just think the guy is really struggling to communicate. Could be trolling though, because the spelling & grammar is so poor it is almost like it is done deliberately!

Advocating the use of undergravel filters is like telling a farmer to plough his field with an antler pick, when he could have a great big Massey Ferguson. In short, they are a little out-dated.What you do is put undergravelfilter in tank when its set up.
How? You neglect to explain fishless cycling (or even for that matter cycling with fish). Have you ever heard of Ammonia?let the tank cycle for a 2-6 weeks.
This seems a little amateurish. If you are going to make a point of telling people to keep the filter on whilst cycling; although to me it seems a little superfluous, like telling people not to forget to breathe, don't add it as an afterthought.oh and keep the filter on while cycling.
As already mentioned your temperature guidelines seem a little off... try some more research. Most modern heaters turn off once the water reaches the correct temperature, they then automatically switch back on if they detect the temperature fall below a set level, therefore maintaining a constant temperature.every day keep heater on until it hit 70-78 degrees then turn heater off
How many painted glass tetras? [Ignoring the whole dyeing debacle]. The problem with the CAE has already been raised, in addition I would say some beginners might have problems with mollies, according to whether or not they are already acclimated to brackish conditions. Giving guides to numbers in this way is difficult, what if somebody puts the maximum number of each suggested fish in the tank? Far better to give an AND/OR direction once you have calculated the inch per gallon "guide" given to beginners to provide room for error.Types of fish for 10-15gals
2-7 glass tetras
1-5 mollies
1 chinese algae eater
1 angle fish but be careful could get to big.
5-8 guppies
3-8 neons
painted glass tetras
2-3 pygmy cories
2-4 endlers livebearears
