Ok at the moment my 100gal has the following:

oscar
female nic
rotkeil sev
5 clown loaches
senegal birchir
flash plec
bristle nose
galaxy plec
gibbi plec
brichardi synodontis

the filtration is an fx5 an a small aqua one aquis 500. First off i want to know if the current stocking is going to be ok, i know oscars are unpredictable as they get older but what do you guys think? Also if would be ok do you think i could add three geophagus surins at some point sooner rather later as i know cichlids usually get on better if they have grown up with each other.

It seems like a very much 'pick n mix' assortment of fish. My only concern is the compatability and requirements of much of those, I've seen more unusual selections but yours is certainly up there.

The clowns albeit big themselves might take a bit of stick of one or two of the others. You have a case of "fish-collectivitus"

What are the dimensions? there are quite a few bottom dwellers which might not get on to well ones mature.

long term id say no , the tank would not be big enough. as somebody else has said youre very heavy on bottom dwellers . 100 gal is going to be very borderline for the gibbi when its fully grown ( around 2 feet) depending on the footprint . also the oscar and sev pretty much take up the whole tanks stocking once fully grown .

How big are the fish at the moment? My Oscar and Nic get along well, otherwise I have no experience of your other fish together.

You will have to up your filtration considerably as well I think. I have a lightly stocked 168g with a FX5, and it isn't enough filtration for me on its own.

the tank is 150 cm across 50 cm to the back and 60 tall. I must admit most of the bottom feeders came when i first started out and i was way into catfish but i have managed to pass some on. But i do love clown loaches. When it comes to sizes the female nic is the biggest at around 5 inches the oscar is around 2-3 inches and the severum is around 4 -5 inches and the largest clown loach is 6 inches. The gibbi is around 7 inches.

I think you could do with getting rid of some of the plecs ones they starts to get bigger.
maybe
1 oscar
1 female nic
1 rotkeil sev
5 clown loaches
1 senegal birchir
1 brichardi synodontis

and then choose 1 of the plecs
flash plec
bristle nose
galaxy plec
gibbi plec

Thats a pretty good stocking actually i can move the bristle to my 260L and try and rehome to gibbi. Thanks.

I would rehome the gibby because they get to big imo but the galaxy or flash plec would be fine. Ones the fish get bigger i think you could do with upping your filtration aswell.

Generally agree with the comments here. Try to rehome the gibby, and maybe move one or two of the other plecs into other tanks if you can. Should be OK bodymass wise as they grow if you do that.
As for socially, they could well be OK but, as you are fully aware I am sure, cichlids are unpredictable in communities , and one has to keep an eye out to spot any real personality clashes, which can happen at any time. If that happens, then usually the only viable option is to remove one of the two who are clashing.
