Hello!

I am writing a profile on honey gourami for this forum:
http://www.aquaristclub.org/forum/portal.php
I would like to add some photos to the text but the only ones available are that of the red-gold form so far…
Could anyone share pics of other varieties: red, gold and natural?

Thank you!

Best regards,

Olga

Here are a few pics of my golden honey from last year (He's still alive though)

Feel free to use them

Gosh I just bought two Red Honey Gouramis today I'm sooo chuffed with them. I haven't tried taking any pics of any of my fish yet so maybe it's time to try. Will post them if successful

Dwarfs, good looking honey--nice. Is that a serpae with him in the last pic?

bearoma, I'll try to get pics of a male and female. I don't know which they are, but they are darker than Dwarfs.

Are you sure that's a Honey Gourami, Scuba_Jez? To me, it looks more like a Dwarf Gourami (Colisa lalia) :)

Lovely fish Dwarfs and scuba_jez but, scuba_jez (like Annastasia said), your fish is a dwarf, not a honey. It's easy to confuse the two because many LFSs (and internet sites) use the names interchangeably. Perhaps what you meant to call it was a flame/red dwarf gourami? Common names are such a pain. :p

It looked like a dwarf to me, too, but I thought I might have missed something. I hear about these different types being developed, but I haven't seen them yet.

So where are your pics, sylvia?
