Blimey! Certainly a bit different to a 3 gallon nano! Well done mate, looking forward to seeing the bigger one! :D

i rekon its about 30 ltrs inc sump minus bog wood think thats about 7/8 galons. going to stock with rasbora mini moth cats scarlet badis an ottoes. should be ok stocking wise with the oversized filter. just need sum plats that grow on wood and filter media. only got k1 media in filter at the moment

Looks awesome, saw your thread as you were making it :).I just had a quick idea that probably wouldn't even work, but where you have that gap underneath as you can take the cover off, it'd be cool to put a miror in there at 45 degree angle so you could see the bottom of the tank too!

that could work if ther wasnt any substrate. its got black gravel in the bottom. the wall at the back that hides the overflow pipe is made from slate chippings all stuck together. the overflow has a second pipe around it that has holes in the bottom to filter the muck from the bottom more effectivly.

any one know if shimp do well in fast of slow moving water? and anyone know any other tiny fish smaller than an inch?
