Going on holiday on fri night will be back mon afternoon will fish be ok with no food? And light off?? I have plants

3 nights?

Fish will be fine with no food.

If you dont have a timer for your lights, then lights off - otherwise the poor fish will think its daytime for 72hrs.

You can pick up a timer for £1-2 at places like Wilco's tho!

Or tie a young child up and make it flick the switch when required. They need feeding though, i made that mistake and ended up getting a timer from B&Q in the end.

The fish will be fine with no food for longer than that. Leaving the lights on would be stressful for them, which is worse than the plants being without light for a few days. But a timer would make your life easier, you could have it running all the time and never have to remember to turn the lights on or off.

No holiday blocks or holiday strips or anything like that!

Tizer your so funny man. I will get a timer for the lights then. And put a couple of pellets in there for my plectrum as they all eat it. Epic 6 hour drive down to Cornwall
