I wondered which gadgets / feeding sticks, folks used on here during holidays, so searched the forums.
I was a little surprised to find many just left them for upto a week without any feeds at all! And certainly not feed them over a weekend break!
So whilst I was away last week, I left just 2 little portions of food for my son to pop in every 3rd day and feed them. I'd done a partial water change before leaving and left lights on timers to allow a little algae growth.
I was relieved to say, all fish present and healthy on my return!!!i see also that many folk routinely miss a day feeding even when they're at home, so might see how that works out.
