i dont' think tj was trying to flame you at all.
what you think is not that important, what the truth is, is yes important

IF I CALL U IGNORANT AND IMMATURE do you think i am flaming?
excuse me, what i think is not that important? what about what you think then?

please, lets try to talk like civilized people on a friendly forum without yelling and shouting in caps. :)
no it wasnt ment to be shouting, what i meant is, what people "think" is not as important as the "truth"

Immature, ignorant and incompetent. It's a shame such passive, harmless creatures are given the same respect of life as you give yourself.

U wanna start to flame? cause i see u already started it and u can get banned, look at the forum for newbie's and look at the stikied
This post lost any integrity it had left ages ago. For someone to state that money is more important then a fishes dignity and that life is worthless deserves no respect. Why even occupy fish if you are completely ammoral to their well-being?

The truth is you should be ashamed and embarrased of what you've said

This is getting a bit out of hand  Maybe turn out the lights on the tank so they don't see eachother. That works when my cichlids get aggressive

you don't have any tanks that you can put the clown loaches in -_-? i'm really worried about their well being, they might not even do well in your new tank like this from the aggression.

This is getting out of hand...cause if i say one more word about Tj's post, it wont be good

stick on topic....i'm already pissed today

in a LARGER tank my clowns will have more place to hide, so this wont go on?\

EDIT: wait wait wait, they are in a tank, a 10 gallon tank for the time being

For all its worth, like I've continually stated like many of my peers, there is too many fish within the tank, and they should have never been bought in the first place, no matter what the motivation. The only thing you can do that may assure them of a prosperus life is to return them back to the store, or sort out a new tank for them as soon as possible.

Until then, adding decor and vegetation may decrease the aggression.

I have ALOT of vegetation in the tanks and alot of hiding place

"return them back to the store, or sort out a new tank for them as soon as possible"

returning them back to the store is IMPOSSIBLE but i AM getting a bigger tank asap

no i do not think that they are rude, they are the most helpful people on the net...

anyways, yes i do think it has something to do with the tank size, but they were on discount, i had to get them first! cause by the time i get my new tank..they wont be on discount no more..i mean it's a bargain 5 for $20 canada
sorry about that I was half joking hehe. It's just that I was kinda stressed out vause I don't want my clowns to die.

obviously in a big enough tank this won't happne, but the problem is that CURRENTLY they are in a small tank, and i'm afraid they wont be all that friendly to each other anymore even if you did move them to a big tank. not to mention this might hit their immune system hard and something tells met hat they just wont' do as well in your new tank as others would.

and yes you are getting a bigger tank, IN A MONTH, which is a long time for those clown loaches to cope :)

If it isnt the next month that may kill them (which should contain many water changes as the tank is overpopulated) then the change to a new tank which will have to be cycled is going to be hell for these little guys.

Well Best of Luck, your going to need it.

a person with skills dont need luck

=)

anyways how long do you think it would take to cycle a 55 gallon with 2 matured 20 gallon filter which pumps 200 gallons per hour intotal?

I would personally leave it at least a week to cycle taking into account the circumstances.

Yes this is my plan......

1.Buy the tank and gravel the day i get my stand

2. cycle using my 2 filters

3. do 10% waterchange EVERY day on both old tanks

4. get ornaments during the week

5. get my clowns to the tank after the week if it is cycled? what do yall think?

6. wait for clowns to settle then i'll add these list of fish slowly in this order.

(fish)

1. 3 sword tails

2. 2 bala sharks

3. 10 tiger barbs

4. Red tail black shark

this is what i am planning for the first year, one year later i will get a 100 gallon then i'll udgrade again if needed and again, and again, and again....

I hate to re-itterate over old ground, but with a 55gal setup there is still a hell of a lot of fish you plan to get, making it in my opinion again overstocked. Saying this though it is only my opinion, and regularly upgrading your tank may make it work.

Saving a lot of money, time and effort, why dont you buy a 100gal setup skipping the 55gal one?
