It is a hybrid cichlid. I haven't used the reference here so I don't know if it is listed.

It is very easy to get confused with the parrot cichlid (or parrot fish) as there are two species that share the same common name, Hoplarchus psittacus from South America and Hypsophrys nicaraguensis from Central America, and there is also the hybrid known as the parrot fish (or parrot cichlid) which is a cross between two other South American cichlid species. Also there are the marine parrotfish from the family Scaridae.

The one Rach3l has posted about in her other threads is a blood parrot, the hybrid.

Nobody's completely sure what they were bred from (aside from the initial breeders, anyway), but there are likely suspects. They're often infertile, but not always. They'll form pairs with many new world cichlids, fertile or not, and can occasionally cross with a few pure species, including convicts.
