High Tech Amazon Biotope Or Beautiful Reef Tank?

hello
i just got my result card and got all A,s woo hoo
my mom says i can spend 30,000 rupees on anything.
either i can convert my tank to an amazing amazon biotope with high tech gizmos.
or make a nano reef aquarium.
what shud i do?

I am always fascinated with Amazon tank setups! So that is what I would do!

But I would like to try a Saltwater tank setup sometime in the future.

if you want both through out your life do the bio tope first as once your hooked on the reefer lol (had to put that sorry) thats what you spend most money and time on

I'm not exactly sure how much money 30K rupees is, but a nice reef tank can cost over 10 thousand dollars! I have a friend who spent that much on a 30 gallon reef.

Saltwater sure is nice, but it sure is expensive.

Go for the reef, you will not regret it. Do lots of research first and you can not go far wrong

well when my tank is going to be running again i estimate

£3 on salt
£1-2 on additives
£2 frozen food

no more than when i had my FW tank going

Oh ok. I was under the impression that salt costs more than that. Here, a box of salt to treat 50 gallons is $15.

If you've got the money, the time and the patience opt for the Reef aquarium (I did after 38 years tropical)
if not
stick with the freshwater option.
