Hello Danny and welcome to the forum.

Simon

would it be ok for them until i the new tank setup ?
then i can get more the them same type of fish as buddys
Yes, although you should consider moving your current filter and everything into the new tank, and then your priority should be to top up all the schooling fish (barbs, tetras, Corys), but you should also know that tiger barbs are not exactly compatible with neons most of the time because the barbs are too aggressive for the neons, so that is something you should consider..

What size is the current tank and what size will the new one be?

150 gallon? You sure not litres? Either way, you definitely got room to top up the schools :good:

You know how to switch tanks without going through a cycle and everything? If not, I can explain.
