Im new and getting 55 gallon tank. What kind of cleaning fish will help clean my tank!

All depends on what you intend to keep with your "cleaning" fish....For your size tank, I'd suggest go medium to small in which case 2 dwarf ottos will do the job. they are hardworking & should actually get a bonus for their worth.

to the forum, what stocking do you currently have? and how long has you tank been setup?

ottos have been suggested although they require very mature tanks to thrive in

From the sounds of it as they are GETTING a 55 gallon that the tank's not set up yet. Am I right?

Please read these posts as it could help save a lot of fishies lives, plus you shouldn't have to be replacing fish left and right b/c you'll have done things properly.
