hi i have one cat fish one bristle nose plec one red tailed shark two gouramis and 3 red eye tetras and cherry barb and 2 geophagus brazillian red and i was wondering if i should swap them for a couple of pairs of kribs is this a fair swap and would the kribs be better in my 90 ltre 2.6 ft tank or should i keep my brazillian

the red tail shouldent be in a tank that small  and the tetras like to shoal 5+ im not sure about the other fish as i dont know anything on them

Well, the Geophagus can't stay; they grow to 10"

One pair of kribs would most likely be ok, but not two; they're quite territorial.

What's the 'one cat fish'? Could be anything from a gibbiceps (two feet) to an otocinclus (about an inch)

Also agree with mike about the RTBS, I'm afraid.

okay im trying to get rid of them at the moment ill be sad to see them go tho :(

do you fink i shoul get rid of the geos first or witch ones grow bigger the shark or geos

The geos grow the largest and should be your top priority to rehome. The shark will get to about 5-6".

an you post a pic of the 'catfish' (you'll need to upload a pic to a hosting site like Photobucket or Flickr and paste the IMG code into your post) so we can identify it for you?

i carnt as i dont like using flicker but its a silvery shinny colour with clack dots and long tenticle or whiskas at the front

i wish forums would just let u upload directly would be simpler and then i wouldnt have to remebr so many passwords lol

its a Pimelodus pictus cat fish how big do these grow and in a list witch ones should i get rid of first as there all babys

also one of his barbels is smaller then the other will this affect him and will it grow back

Pims get to about 4 or 5", but are very active, so need at least a four foot tank; I believe they're quite social and need to be kept in groups as well.

Does it matter which goes first? They all need rehoming for their own good and the sooner the better, IMO, or they'll end up sick or stunted, and they're all beautiful fish, I'm sure you don't want that.

One request from me, personally; would you research fish before you buy them in future, please?
