Hi new here but kept african cichlids for about 10yrs now but movin on 2 new world cichlids.
 
My current tank is 100g uk/120g us size 50"x22"16 (at narrowest)24"(at widest) (jewel vision 450 bow front)i run 2 external filters aqua1 aquis 1250 and 1200 with halide lights from when i did marine but lookin at going 2 l.e.d .
 
have you ever kept kribensis?

thanks wills already ave =) started a new thread in their and not properly az9 which is a shame as they r a crakin little fish i did mainly malawi cichlids both haps and mbuna.
 
oh... do you think this one is gravid?

she dont look plump enough 4 me but looks about ready try feeding brime shrimp or blood worm 4 a few days then do a big water change i found that worked 4 me when i did community but i'm sure their r people here with better knowledge on them then me as like i said never realy kept them properly.
 
i'll feed them blood worms when they start eating. they're very new and still adjusting :p
 
oh and do you know if they mate inside the cave or outside because they're spending a lot of time in the cave together and i didn't know if they are mating or if that's just part of their adjusting.
 
thanks jiggy and az9 i think they r cave spawners so could b just doin dry runs so just keep the faith and enjoy them .
