you seem to have upper tank fish what about a bottom feeder such as a few amano shrimps to help clear some algae, i was going to suggest corys but with your size tank and with live bearers i think you are going to be overstocked, di

They normally use the full tank it's just when I go near it first they think it's feeding time lol

Blanchy, allthough i also am quite new to this site, i would suggest not getting an Angel. You need a large tank for Angle fish, that are part of the Ciclid (spelling) family. The tank must be tall as angels like room to swim up rather than side to side. Something also tell sme and i may be corrected, however the bettas and the Angel may not get along very well.
