It will take more than just a few days to finish cyling. Plan on at least another 2 weeks. You will be able to tell when you are finished cycling by watching your water tests.

Not many fish will go with the Betta, that is what everyone is trying to tell you. You should rehome the Betta.

well wiill these be good with him

rummy nose tetra
harlequin rasboras
neon tetra
i have a few other fish i would like aswell
what will NOT go what cant i put in

All of the fish you have listed are schooling fish. Your tank is really too small to have a large enough group of any of these to make them feel comfortable and not be stressed.

If you are going to keep the Betta in the tank you are very limited as to what you can put in with him. Possibly 3 small cories such as pygmy cories for the bottom of the tank. Or you could increase the amount of guppies or platies in the tank. With livebearers though, they breed alot. Your tank can become quickly overstocked with just one batch of fry.

Please understand that with hundreds and hundreds of species of fish available, this is a really daft question, or did you really want someone to list the fifteen hundred or so available aquarium fish that are not suitable for your tank?

well i would want some of them
would i be able to get them and them be ok

LOL, I did say the very long list

lol yes i think its the Red Tailed Black Shark
are they ok

If you find another home for the betta, you might be able to fit a small school (5) of rasboras in. Or black neons. Or some pygmy corys as suggested. Or 3 khuulie loaches; though long, they don't have a great deal of body mass.
The tank is not as tiny as all that, but I think the betta would be happier in a small tank of his own. And if he stays in there, you will not have room to add more fish.
Anyway, the important thing is not to buy anything until you are absolutely sure that the tank has cycled, so that almost certainly means waiting a few more weeks. Shouldn't be a hardship- enjoy the fish you have!

lol no but i would oof liked one

so what else is a good tankmate with the betta

A couple of corydoras catfish but nothing else.
