Hope this not a silly question. A friend told me to buy frozen food to give to fish as a treat, I saw his and they appeared to be small bloodworms, been to pets at home today stocked up on frozen Daphina foolishly thinking this is what he meant. I have danios and Mollys, is this suitable for them? or do i need bloodworm?

I am a complete newbie trying his best.

Daphnia will be fine for your fish

Feed it once or twice a weeks, as a treat, as it's not nutritious enough to use as a staple. If you do want to get bloodworm at some point, that'll be fine for your fish too.
