Help !

Hi all Please help !!!!!

I have a 300 US Gallon Marine fish Tank and sump in a wall between a living room and a kitchen , before this I had a 100 Gallon Rio tank with enheim dry filter
With the rio I had no problems but now I find the fish are dying in the new tank agggghhhh
Had one wipe out Tangs , Trigger, 2 Lion, and a puffer so I thought ok lets get hardy fish

The tank is kept well and is spotless but the fish are getting ich or whitespot in days of arriving I think but no real signs !!! and dying one by one

2nd round I was keeping 2 Common Clowns 1 Black and White Clown , 7 Damsels, 10 green chromis,cleaning crew, urchins
half of these died in the space of days first sign was the Urchins then the chromis then the clowns
Urchins died in 24hrs after going in and stank ! spines just dropped off straight away

Clowns where swimming irraticaly at the surface

I have uv system as well ? fish die daily ??? and no bullys in tank water changes come from store

Kitchen and sittingroom are very busy places as I rent out to 4 other people at my home but I have seen tanks in Nightclubs before ?
I have to travel allot so I was thinking about a IKS system or a aquatronic to help with this problem and keep my informed would the automatic dossers help as well as the probes etc to up keep the tank ?

I already treat the tank once a week with medication etc and the dealer says he canty find any discease in the tank

and I was think about a autofeeder for the tank ? Enheim

I have purchased a diatom filter I heard this is brillant for keeping the bugs away and also polishes the tank water

This is a fish only system and so was the one I had before

Is a quarinteen tank a must ? didnt have one before with the Rio and no probs

Also im going to the same dealer

In my last tank the rio I had Angels, Tangs, and a puffer no probs at all for over two years ?? sold fish on

Could the lights in the kitchen and sittingroom cause so much stress ?? when they are being turned on and off at all times of day? and night at weekends

Fish are feed once a day as I cant be around more than that hence thinking about auto feeder

Please please help not only have I spent a fortune I feel really really bad for the fish

Do you own a test kit? If so i would post any water stats you can. Otherwise people wont be able to help much. Fish swimming at surface usualy means bad water quality, such as high ammonia or nitrites....

oh nice fish , i aggre with indir-emir you should get a test kit i recommend a saltwater test master kit and get it fast! (can find on ebay)
