Help With Uploading Pics

im not that much of a newbie but this is the only place i could find that was suitable for my question

i want to upload pics but everytime i upload i get error with image come up, checked the Kb and file type and all is fine but the sods still wont upload......big shame as got lovely photo to share.............please help thankyou my kind friends
