Help With Plants Please

I have a newly set up tank which im looking for plants for.
 
Im mainly looking for back ground plants.
 
Tank is 24 x 12 x 12 57L/15g
Filter is 150LPH
Fish 20 Danio Erythromicron (I may be adding 2 dwarf gourami)
Temp 24
Unsure of light but Im going to get a new tube tomorrow.
Water is hard
PH 7.4
 
I wont be using C02 or ferts.
 
So far I have 
Blyxa japonica
Ceratopteris thalictroides
 
I did have Hornwort but it completely melted within a day.
 
I was going for a Lake Inle biotope but its hard to find plants.
 
I want something thats similar looking to hornwort, and easy to look after, any ideas?
