Help I justb found this amazing deal 75 gal and stand filters ,lights even live plants everything except fish are included for $400.00 but how do I talk hubby into it hes not really a fish guy, any suggestions would be apprecated.

simple, the same way you'd get him to buy you new shoes

cook him his favourite meal, get yourself all dressed up (family forum so i won't go into any more detail ;) ) then ask him at an appropriate moment of weakness

I don't want to sound rude or improper, but give him a night/day or both, of mindblowing bedroom activites and he'll be like putty in your hands. It's always worked on me lol (although for $400 I'd make it a day and night :D )

EDIT: to Miss Wiggle, good plan, but some of us men have learnt that trick. So we have learnt not to let the 'moment of weakness' show.

I tbelieve we are all thinking the same thing to be honest. I like Miss Wiggle's statement about it being a family forum :)
I was gonna say shag him senseless and when he's about to go, (using opposite terminology for family forum) then get up and walk away. If he wants a happy ending he says yes.

It's only gonna take a couple of minutes anyway. And if he says no, then just go buy it when he falls asleep a minute later.

LMAO!!! :D Although I'm rather shocked if not worried by the suggestion that we (men) would only take a couple of minutes and then fall asleep another minute later.... is there no such thing as stamina anymore?!?!?

Well it's as much your home as his so ask him politely if it's ok, if he says no ask why, if he hasn't got a good reason other then he doesn't like it then say tuff because I'm getting it :p

Some men basically just roll across the bed, grunt in the middle, and ask "was it a wonder for you?". Kinda sad really. Makes me ashamed to be lumped in with them

i don't think sexually mature males know how to keep things family forum friendly. there is a statistic out there that says we fantasize somewhere around 6 times per minute. we can't help it.

as to the OP's request for advice, i think all you would need to do is ask. if he says no then you have all the excuse you need to play dirty. :shifty: a husband's job is to keep his wife happy in any way he can. if he doesn't then the wife has no incentive to keep him happy :hey: if he's got a brain then all of this will go thru his mind and you'll end up with a 75 gallon tank :D

LOL Too funny.

Well for me my husband has a hobby of brewing beer and making wine. He also has a fishing boat we are always sinking money into. He now has taken up golf. If he wants to continue with these hobbies...he can't complain about mine !

He didn't like the idea of my hobby at first but now he says "good morning" and "good night" to the fishies. I had him feed them a few times too. Now he loves them also :shifty:
