Help With Dwarf Frog

I've had a dwarf frog in my tank for about 3 days and he seems to just hide out on the bottom and today he seems to be floating on the top, only moving because of the current from the filter and on the odd occasion swimming.
I have asked for advice on the correct forum about frogs but I have had 1 answer and I really don't know how to look after them. I've fed him blood worm but didnt see him eat much over the last couple of days, any help appreciated.

mine tend to be pretty active, is his belly sunken in at all or does anything look unusuale about him? also what temp is your water?

Nope not that I can see and its around 26C

Do you keep anything else in the tank with the frog?
