Help With 125L

right my 125L tank (my 1st big one) has been running for around 6 weeks, and stocked for 4 weeks.
but tonight ive had to move it, as the chest of drawers it was sat on was making it bow out in the middle.
so i drained it down to about 3 inches, with the fish in it, kept the water that id drained, and ive moved it, re filled it with the water i saved and set it running again, its still bowing slightly, like 1/8 of an inch front and back ? its got a plastic brace running around the top and bottom and the hood sits in the brace.
just wondering if ive done the move right ??? and if i should be worried about the bow ? would it be a good idea to make a wooden hood for it ? to pull the sides in ?? or make a brace in the middle some how ?

also the clips that held the light in place snapped so ive tied the light up to the hood with some electrical wire, just wondering if it will be ok to leave the light off all day tomorrow till i get to the pet shop to buy replacement light fittings ??
