Help!what Is It?

hi people,
i dont know if i should worry or not....my betta has got about four weird dots on his fin. its not white spot because its bigger than the grain look. its hard to explain .hes not scratching or in any pain as i can see it doesnt even look that serious. you can only see the dot in the light thats why i only noticed when i got him home. that 1 spot multiplies to 3 within 4 weeks. could it maybe just be a marking on the fin?!my water stats are fine just a bit concerened.. any 1 got any ideas?

What color are the spots?
Do they look raised?
How often do you do water changes?
What size tank is he in?

hes in a 60 litre and i do water changes every week

and no they dont look raised really only noticable under the tank light

the spots are kinds whity

Does he have other white coloring on him?

no just on his fin

i would say it was white spot but the spots are bigger than the white spot spots

thanks for the link but i dont think thats it, some of the spots now look like they are sticking together making them seem larger
even if it turnes out to be whitespot anything i can do (even though im pretty sure its not) do you think i should give the betta a mild salt bath?
and i dont think i can get a picture on here bacause my camera isnt in the house at the moment
