I knwo you put pregnant fish or fry in them but,

WHATS THE POINT?

WHAT DO THEY LOOK LIKE?

IS IT THE SAME AS A CAGE BUT WITH NETTING INSTEAD OF BARS?

HELP:)))

Thanks, in advance

ASAP ASAP ASAP ASAP ASAP

the point is to keep the other fish in the tank and the parents from eating the fry. If you could careless about the fry getting eaten then don't use one. :)

You can also use one to seperate a injured fish so it can heal in the main tank without the other fish bothering it.

some are just net boxes with a fake plant others can be plastic boxes with a grate in the botton for the fry to fall through.

most i've seen are either nets secured around to make a box, or the plastic ones, there are used, like the person before me said, to keep the fry in the tank, so you can separate the parents from the fry, or to keep injured fish out, a lot of people also put full grown bettas in there, which i don't really like, but it allows you to have, basically two tanks in one, where the breeding net allows you to put fry or injured fish in one tank, but keep one "quarantined", also works if only one of the fish is aggressive, and you don't want to take him back
