This is all I could find on the treatment side.

Levacide (levamisole hydrochloride), a cattle wormer, has proven effective against Camallanus worms. levamisole hydrochloride available in 5 gram packets. Dissolve in 3 oz. of water to make a 5% solution; 2 ml of this will treat 2 gallons of tank water. A 5 gm packet is enough to treat 100 gals. of tank water. Use is straightforward: dose the tank, then 24 hours later do a complete water change, vacuuming the gravel to remove any remaining larvae.

I dont know how long the fish can last as secondary infections are common, but can you get someone from the U.S to send you some jungle parasite guard just to make sure it doesnt happen again.

yes im talking with my mother now on AIM. she is going to see what she can find. ill update as i learn more, thank you for that info, i hope to kill these worms very soon! oh and my sweet "Rose" is still swimming and eating okay.
