Help Please

i have a cichlid tank and in the last couple of days i have noticed a white spot on one of my blue acaras eyes. it dosent seem to be bothering him but it seems to be getting bigger.he still eates like a pig and seems normal. i was wondering if it is dangerous as the tank is all cichlids, severums,convict,parrot, firemouth, blue acara,festivum,pictus cats, and a black fin shark. any advise would be greatly appreciated

Does he have any other white spots on him? It might be best to post this in the emergency section, the people there are pretty good at identifying and treating ailments. You don't want him getting any worse. Good luck!
