Haha. Yeh well current is their natural habitat. But getting that filter seems to be a good £35 investment.

Arrrggghhhhh I'm starting to get annoyed with this new bigger tank!!!

The ammonia seems to be rising!! Well at least not falling. I'm thinking about putting my media from the plus 2 in my fishless cycling tank, as that is getting 4-5ppm down in 20 hours. What does anyone think?

Wooooo hoooo!! Got a reading of nitrite this morning. I know nitrites aren't good. But it means my tank is just starting to get somewhere. I hope there are already some N-bacs there so hopefully it won't take too long to come down to 0.

But I think that that's wishful thinking.

Oh also had many move abouts in my tank and some new live plants. Will put them on here so you can see from start to what it looks like now :)

Ok. I think the last test was a dud. As now I hav got 0 again. Not sure if I washed the test tube out after testing my other tank in the rush to get to work.

I'm starting to get annoyed now!!

Ammonia is .25 so I'm going to leave it overnight to see if it rises hopefully not. (fingers crossed)

Ok so this is how it started. the other pictures will be leading up to how my current tank looks like now :)
