Yes, it's a bit blurred but it does look like snails. Have you put some new plants in recently?

Either snail eggs or tiny snails have come in on the plants. It happens a lot. I love snails. The snails are what eat algae and will clean up your yellow gravel!
They eat waste food and decaying plants. Other people hate them. You have until they are about twice that size and they will start breeding. At that point it's very hard to get rid of them.
Clown loaches and one or two other will eat them daily. Mollies will eat them if you crush them with a heavy algae magnet, not to everyone's taste.

cheers dude think i will keep them :) then, just when i get to many i think clown loaches time it is, once again thx you for your time :)

I wouldn't get any fish, especially not clown loaches, to solve a snail problem.

Clown loaches need a very large tank, as they can grow to about a foot long, and need to be kept in a group of at least six; big commintment

ahem, he is blessed with snails, it's not a "snail problem". ;) lol

I like having snails too. I had a really nice colony of common snails in my first tank... Until my platies, danios, and gouramis all realised they could eat them.

ahh ok, if i kill the snails is there any other way of cleaning up the yellow on the stones(assuming its algae)?

To be honest mate, keeping that gravel white isn't going to work. Look at a river bed at what colours you see.
Most experienced keepers are really worried about the water condition that you can't see. I mean this with the best intent.

my zebra loaches love to eat any stray snails and also yoyo loaches, they dont get too big either.

cheers dude know where ya comming from well theres no harm in me trying

If you ever find you have more of those snails than you like but still want to have some... I find having about 5ish assassin snails keeps the numbers in check nicely and assassins breed very slowly.
