Help! My Fish Are Doing Something Very Odd...

Can anyone help - because none of the symptom checkers have been able to. My fish, all of a sudden, have gone very pale in colour and are lying listlessly on the floor of the tank. The guppys are lying on their side, the don't seem to be looking for breath, just really listless. And the tetra's have almost lost their colour and gone see through. This happened last night too - and then this afternoon they were all fine again. And it's now happened again. They are obviously stressed - but i have done all the checks; nitrate, nitrite, amonia, temperature, PH levels = all perfect. They don't have any spots. They are not bloated. I must admit - haven't caught them poo'ing yet - so don't know about that... They are not itching. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you

How long has the tank been running?

How often do you perform water changes and how much each time?

What test kit are you using?

Can you post your water stats please.
How many fish and which type.
How many gallons or litres is the tank.

Any red streaking on there bodies.
It sounds like a bacterial infection but need more info.
