Help me with Mystery Snail tank.

Are my water parameters for mystery snails okay? If not how do I correct it.
ph 7.5
gh 60ppm
kh 40ppm

Theses are the recommended water parameters for mystery snail:

• pH level range: 7.6 to 8.4
• Temperature range: 68° to 84° F
• Water type: kH 12-18; gH 8-18

I do not know how to lower the KH and GH. @Colin_T should be able to help you.

You can add calcium to the water for their shells.

Why? They do better in slightly harder water with a high ph

A GH of 60ppm is quite soft water.

What other fish are in the tank?
If you have soft water fishes, don't touch the GH.
If you have hard water fishes, then use a Rift Lake water conditioner to increase the GH.
