Help Me W/ A Problem

What type of catfish is he? My young Petricolas spent several days spinning around and I believe it was due to stress. They stopped after a few days and I then saw they'd developed pale patches on theirs sides. I treated them with protozin which brought on a wonderful recovery in them both within the week.
If you've injured him in some way then try a short course of treatment with melafix, keep airation up and continue to keep the water in tip top condition. I also wouldn't keep him in a small trap but have him in the tank. It's less stressful for any fish then a trap where they can't hide or move about as they prefer to, not hide as they'd like. If you have particularly aggressive fish in the tank I'd suggest keeping an eye open for any trouble and if there is a problem he needs to be moved to a temporary tank until he is recovered.
All the best.
Hugs,
P.

i have moved them both into my 20 for now which i havent added my salt yet.he is starting to spin slower but i will treat them with melafix+protozin

1 problem.i am in the US

i was just movin them both so idont have these problems again. Also i am getting 4 more of these guys

great news.he is doing much better now.no longer twirling but still chasing a little

I wouldn't buy anymore just yet, as you do have a problem as a fish shouldn't be doing that, and also if it is ph shock sometimes it can take up to 2 weeks for the fish to die.
