they are being delivered to me and my LFS is about 60 miles from me so i cant leave them there for a week. what is the worst that could happen if i put them in??could all my fish be wiped out?? there must be some way of doing it without another tank or filter surely??

There's no other way that I can think of as whatever you put them in will need a filter.

7neon tetras-already have 2
3 Puntius pentazona pentazona had these before as well
and 2 corydoras had a few before aswell if that help at all. this is URGENT now as i cant send them back or anything

It sounds as though you have no choice but to take a chance on it unless you have a friend who can quarantine the fish for you.
Your tank is fairly well established and as long as your water stats are fine then there is less chance of them suffering from any illness. The biggest concern would be them bringing a disease into the tank and wiping out your other fish.
All you can do is keep a close eye on your fish and treat accordingly at the first sign of illness.
