Been to a couple of rockery places this afternoon but they didn't have anything quite what I was looking for (flat stones, for easy stacking)
So have been thinking this afternoon of getting some slabs and cutting them up for a non-natural look, bit like what nick16 has done here: http

I'm not sure which to go for, I'm keen on the all black look, currently have black sand and a plain glossy black background. Now thinking of going with the black limestone here: http

These come in various sizes, the smallest being 280x280mm slab. I was thinking of cutting this down to half so it is 140x140 and then make a range of caves and tunnels, like nick16 has done.
What would you guys think to this all black design and then relying on the Cichlids to bring out the colour?
If you don't think all black is the way, which colour would you go from this lot: http

The black sand and black background is a must as it is already here!
