I just found my snail in the middle of the gravel and it wasnt moving so i took it out to look at it and the little "door" was open. Put it back in the tank, over the marimo which usually makes it move and it opened even more and is like this, not moving. Is this normal?

Do not know water parameters but i just changed the water yesterday and used water conditioner.

When i took it out i smelled it and it didnt smell.

he may just be chilling out then. i have two snails exactly like yours. they sometimes do exactlly what yours is doing. but if you go near them they do retreat into there shells. just keep an eye on him for 24 hrs. if there is still no movment check for the smell again. believe me you will know if he is dead the smell is quite unbelivable.
