Hi,

After dosing around 3/4 ml daily on my 100L aquarium, NO3 increased from 10ppm to 30ppm.

This is justified by TPN+? What are the NO3 concentrations on TPN+?

That's normal, just keep up with your 50% weekly water changes, not sure of the concentrations but 1ml per 20 litres adds about 3-4Mg/L

I have read that TPN+ formula is:
N 1.34%
P 0.10%
K 1.03%
Mg 0.39%
S 0.91%
B 0.004%
Cu 0.006%
Fe 0.07%
Mn 0.04%
Mo 0.002%
Zn 0.002%

How do you translate percentages on ppm or mg/l?

As I said previously, for every 1ml of TPN+ you add per 20 litres, you're adding 3Mg/L of nitrate. So if you're dosing 4ml's on a tank of volume 100L, you're adding just shy of 3Mg/L per day.
