Also looks like the convicts are on the way to laying another load of eggs, the hot weather has made the tank horrible.

I have been cleaning the glass ok but i wanna clean the rocks and things but i dont dare in case i kill the fry because they hide in the stones and things.

Also the convicts might not like me being in the tank they peck at my hand whenever i clean the glass... Luckily i have rubber gloves on otherwise i think they would take my fingers off!!

What can i do...

I have been changing the water nearly 3/4 times a week to keep the temerapture right but it still gets dirty

Take the fry out. If they are realy small you can just syphon them up into a bucket. Then raise them in a fry tank. Or don't worry about it because they will just have more in a few weeks.

i'm scared incase i kill them with the stones in the bottom like squash them or something.

I have a little floating fry thing i got years ago for other fish i had then, i could try put them in that with the syphone

yes you could syphon them in to the fey net. That would work.
