My housemate has found this gadget which is amazing. It is a self tapping tap, you literally screw into a water pipe. It needed some connectors to connect to his hose, which is one from a pressure washer and is therefore long and flexible. For about £7 he now has a 10' long hose and can poke that in the tank, bung in some dechlorinator and go turn it on. Just a word of warning, with filling up this easy you'll start chatting and forget! I use tetras pond variety of dechlorinator, dunno about you? It's exactly the same stuff but 10x more concentrate. I use 5mls per 100L!
Only trouble is it's all cold so now having to put one on the hot too!
