Help! Clown knife

Has anyone experienced this with a clown knife fish? Looks like zits at bottom of him and two huge bumps on head. Any advice is appreciated if anyone has experienced this.

The lumps are probably a tumor.
cant help with the black bumps though.
A better picture would help.

Need better pictures showing both sides of the fish and more of the fish. Close up pictures don't always help identify a problem.

How long have you had the fish for?
How long has the tank been set up for?
How long has the fish had the bumps?
Have you added anything to the tank in the last 2 weeks?
