Help Choosing A New Canopy Lamp Pls!

Hey Guys,

It has a double light canopy and i turned it on this morning and one of them is just flashing on and off, and wont come on properly. Do I need to buy a new one?

Iam not sure what type of bulb is in there right now? Can you please help me to find a new one?

If the light is blinking that means the bulb is dying. See it all the time especially since we have all of those fluorescent clf lights in the house now. It says there are two 36 inch fluorescent bulbs in there. You just gotta go to the pet/fish store or the hardware store and buy a 36" T8 fluorescent bulb. Unless you have plants, it doesn't really matter which "color" of bulb you get. 50/50 or "daylight" or something similar is a good bet.

I have one large Java Fern and one Java fern cutting, do I need to take this into account?

No, those plants are very tolerant of lighting conditions, I think they'll be fine with whatever you pick.
