Hello!
My name's Jen and I'm from Vermont. I'm newbie to this forum and a newbie to fish ownership. Earlier in the year I rescued a couple of Silver Dollars. The original owner had a minor freakout after they devoured all of the smaller fish and a third Silver Dollar. That tends to happen if you forget to feed them regularly. The original owner also thought they were red-belly pacu. Anyway, I digress. Growing up, I had fish - goldfish, betas, etc - but it hasn't been until now that I realized fish ownership is a science; way more complicated than owning a dog. So I'm always looking for advice or recommendations for all things fish related.
I tip my hat to those of you who have extensive and quite impressive setups.
