Hello everyone,
I am new to the site. Stumbled across you guys while researching orandas years and years ago and forgotten all about you guys. Again I've stumbled across you when researching Betta Splendens - my new friend!!
I have had my 30 litre tank on cycle and it's awaiting my new male friend. However I haven't been able to find the right little fella.
I am quite saddened by it really. On the upside I have found a store that specialises in fish more than the standard "Pet's At Home" (store in the UK) and I am really eager to visit him this weekend as I am working until the time he closes week days
I was wondering what you guys think: Half Moon, Super Delta, Crown Tail.... I can't make my mind up.
I have had my heart set on a Half Moon Betta for a very long time, trying to find them here in "Pets At Home" is a nightmare, was hoping to rescue a nice fella from there, but never been able to find one. Until I found a Super Delta picture and I have been told by the new store I found that he stocks them, so I can't wait to see him. The Crown Tails he also stocks and I really can't wait to see them and their colours. I was told the delta and the crown tails are £6.99 each, however if I wanted a Half Moon he would be £20. I am not put off by the price. Just wondering which type of Bettas are your favourite... I guess I will know which little fella I would like when I see him.
Anyways I hope to settle in here nicely as I am a huge fish fanatic. Only had to stop a few years ago due to moving abroad.
