well im back now and will hopefully be popping in and out every other day.

and the fish have been busy!

the stripped rafael catfish has more than doubled his size! he is now 5.5" long

the otos are fat and happy

unfortunatley after the male molly died the female aborted her fry, she got really sick but shes all better now.

the gold barbs are still the little piggies that they were before, but the 'special' one has had some problems with swimming as he seems to be losing balance.

the M.praecox did get a little bigger and a whole lot more colorful since the new food i started givin them.

the bosemanis (still 2) are doing fine and are lively and happy, both are around 3.5" and i found some at the lfs that are 2" each, can i buy them to finally have a school or will the big ones attack them?

the swords are doing fine and the same plant has grown a total of 5 smaller ones.




and now to saltwater

the clownfish have now a slight size difference and a obvious color difference

the button polyps FINNALY started to attach to the main rocks and overall are larger

i started with 1 stalk of xenia and now i have 6! and now they are dividing again.

unfortunately the hermits had a massacre and im now down to 3 from 9 and 6 empty shells, im prbably gonna get more now that they seem to be content with the extra food.




and we already have 3 offers on our house! which means that when the school year is up i can finnaly move to georgia and finish stocking the freshwater and start cycling the 55 saltwater well be getting!

in a recent plague most of my fish died but idk it was kind of a good thing in a way (if that doesnt sound too cruel) because now i can chill out with the tank and watch the one sole fry survivor grow hahaha

aww! that sucks. i too have been attacked 3 times but my fish (and my miraculous meds) have pulled through, so far only 2 fish have died and im pretty sure both werent my fault lol.

and nelly i have spent the past few hours sifting through all the stuff, and i have only been through 3 pages tops.

no, its like an anemone but smaller and less lethal with color, and it spreads out eventually like a carpet.
