i own an FX5 and i think its cr*p..... any Eheim outperforms it, and if i were you i would shell out the extra on an Eheim 2080 beleive me you do get twice the filter

Hmm ok it's not a perfect match, but give it a second spiked dorsal and you could pass it off as a perch. Anyway I've distracted this topic too much. Nice tanks, to the both of you
