Hi there! I'm Rachel - I joined the forum ages and ages ago, posted for a while and have been pretty dormant ever since! Well I recently rediscovered the site and decided I'd pop in again and start posting messages. I've asked a couple of questions about CO2 and everyone was very helpful. I have responded to a few message threads already... I'm hoping to visit more regularly and start to build up my knowledge some more.
At the moment I keep:
*A planted 30 gallon tank (30 x 12 x 20 inches) with three fancy goldfish (a moor, a veiltail and a runtish oranda - his head bobble is really underdeveloped and he grows much slower than the others, but otherwise seems absolutely fine).
*A planted 5 gallon tank (16 x 8 x 8 inches) with one 3 inch freshwater puffer in it (Tetraodon leiurus brevirostris - I believe). I have recently bought him a 2ft tank and am in the process of buying things to start planting with Lilaeopsis brasiliensis, Riccia fluitans and possibly some sort of cryptocoryne (perhaps Crypto pontederifolia?).
*Six ferrets... wonderful little animals! Five male and one female in all shapes, sizes and colours!
*An adult female leopard gecko.
*A juvenile male giant day gecko.
