Heavily Pregnant Guppy

Heys, I'm pretty sure my guppy is ready to pop, she looks squared off too, but I need a second opinion,... here's some pics I just took of her,..

sry if the pics aren't very good, she's swimming around frantically

I would say she has at least a couple of weeks left. If you are keeping her in the breeder in anticipation of a drop, please remove her right away...it's going to be awhile.

Glad you like her, I raised her since her mother gave birth, she's the last female remaining fry outta that batch, sadly her mother died after giving birth to that batch with her it it, she's about 8 months old now I think! She also has a brother in the tank with her, 'cept he's a completely different colors, orange, yellow, red, etc lol, she's just yellow and black (on the tail anyways)
One day I'll try to get a pick of her brother!

She's still not that big to be honest. I'm not livebearer expert but I'd still guess at a week. I'll have a quick search on the forum for a picture of a guppy that is literally about to drop.

I'm not sure how long it was till this one dropped. But it's just an example of how big they get before they're ready.

my females get bigger than that before they drop you know, a good way to tell is they nearly completely square of before there ready to drop, and with all my guppys they move over to the filter (normally resting above it) about a day before they drop....have you noticed that at all?
